JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
Chase is taking 7 days or more to apply payments to the available credit. The timing is happening like this : Day - : Payment is made onlineDay - : Money is withdrawn from my checking account. Day - : Payment is shown online and current balance is updated. Available credit is not updated. Day - : My bank confirmed that the funds were deposited to Chase. Day - : Available credit is finally updated. I was told by customer service that the available credit is updated once funds are confirmed. With funds deposited into their account by day -, there is no reason it should take longer to update the account. All of my other credit cards update within 1-3 days. Chase is the only CC that refuses to update in a timely manner.
