My card was canceled by American Express the same day a payment was made which was - -. American Express sends a letter dated -/-/- stating they checked my credit on -/-/-. - they stated my account was under review on -/-/- and this is why the account was terminated. Now it was because of a Fico Score among other reasons dated from -/-/- ''. So if this was the case the card should have been canceled -/-/-. The stories keep changing with this company. The account was canceled according to American Express for a number of reasons. I had an American Express Everyday Card. My card was approved on -/-/-. My payment due date was the - of every month. This company does not honor agreements or contracts yet they expect customers to honor the same agreement. Keeping in mind I did not go over my limit or violate any provisions with American Express. The - reached

still I have not gotten this letter. They made promises to change my billing date and they failed to do that as well. Finally according to the customer agreement my account could be canceled if I gave false information, was in default, went over my credit line, unwilling to pay, if I violated provisions, or become incapacitated. At best I was lied to so many times by American Express. I am requesting the billing date to be changed to the - of the month. I am requesting a letter in writing regarding the change of the billing date and the current balance on the account. I spoke to - out of the Florida Office on -/-/- who stated the letter was in the mail ''. I received no letter to date. The total amount owed the date of cancellation on the account was $2000.00 this was -/-/-. Total dissatisfaction is what I feel for this company and how I was treated. At this point all I need is the billing payment date to be changed and this information mailed to me.
