I have received endless calls from Municipal Services Bureau at random times of the day from the phone number -. My phone number is on the Do Not Call List : '' and the calls continue and wont stop from - - from the Municipal Services Bureau. I do not owe a debt. I want to file a complaint against Municipal Services Bureau due to constant harassment and fraud in order to collect a debt from me that I do not owe.
