Amex Debt Collection Complaint

Credit card Communication tactics frequent or repeated calls

Amex Debt collection department,

Credit card Communication tactics Frequent or repeated calls Maryland

I do not dispute that I owe the debt. My complaint is that the agency calls multiple times/day and several days/week which constitutes harassment. They will call - times within 2 or 3 minutes. They call, hang up with no message and call right back and will do this multiple times/day. I have also requested that they not contact my employer and they have done that after my request.
