Payday loan Communication tactics Threatened to take legal action Florida

In - of 2014 I paid off an online payday loan. The original creditor was - - with a loan amout was $300.00. In order to avoid any legal action I had to pay $760.00 to - - -. They said someone was on their way to serve me with papers because I 'm being accussed of bank fraud and writing a bad check. I panicked and paid the $760.00. A - weeks later I started getting calls from Clear Credit Solutions and they left me voicemails stating it was a legal matter that I needed to resolve before it goes further. I have only received funds from - online payday loan which was paid off. These people continue to call both me and my finance ( who 's name is not on the loan only used as a reference ) and threaten to take legal action if I do n't pay. I 've filed compliants before with the attorney generals office, FTC and CFPB but nothing happens and I 'm scared.
