Services in -, OH have taken advantage of ( The Elder Law ) my - + yr old parents - - - who now owe - seperate loans ( all together ) with:3. Cashland- $ - $ - $ - feel that these loan services have taken advantage of the elderly by allowing them to aquire multiple loans while they already had outstanding Payday loans with several different Payday Loan Services. I 'm not sure if it 's against the law here in -, Ohio..but I have read that in some states it is against the law for Payday Loan Services to allow individuals to take out more than - loan at a time with Payday Loan Services - This has become a viscious cycle for my parents especially since they filed for Chapter - - in 2011. In addition ; I would like to know if there is anything that your services can do to help eliminate their debt due to the fact that these Payday Loan Services have acted inappropriately?
