In -, 2014 I received a collection notice from Aargon Collection Agency ( - - -, NV - ) requesting payment for $7900.00 for an alleged medical bill. I immediately responded back, via certified mail, requesting some form of documentation, financial acknowledgement or media. After careful review I noticed their was n't any social security number, treatment date or a breakdown of any services provided. I wrote back to the collection agency advising them to contact their client and have the account removed, because clearly this was n't my debt and I was never a patient at the facility in question. Recently, I pulled my credit profile and noticed the collection agency placed this balance on my credit report knowing they had the wrong person! Aargon Collection Agency has clearly violated FDCPA and FCRA and has placed inaccurate information on my credit report knowing they have the wrong person.
