Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Oklahoma

In -/-/- I purchased a TV on contract from USA Discounters, I was laid off a few weeks later. I was unable to meet the agreement and defaulted. USA Discounters began to harass me thru phone, email, and third party contact. I mailed a cease and desist letter in -/-/- as well emailed and verbally informed then of the - - -. Then then Sued me in - a state that I have never lived in nor been to. For the last 5 years now they continue to harass me, friends and family in a attempt to have me pay for the loan. Today -/-/- - - with USA Discounters / USA Living. called a third party friend to reach me, also back in -/-/- they called the same third party and openly discussed the account with him. I called today -/-/- USA Living to discusss why they continue to not fallow the - - - order, I spoke to - -. He claimed there was no - & - on file but did acknowledge the emailed - & - as well as the verbal - & - back from -/-/- as well as USA Discounters releasing private account information to the same third arty they called in -/-/- he said it on in the notes in the file. I again claims that they will not call me or any third parties again, but I have been told that over - times and it continues to happen.
