So I am applying for a loan and basically was approved for it but now the loan company is telling me that I need to pay off my outstanding credit card debts ( even thou I was approved for the loan already with my - credit score ). I told them how if I received a - form and had to claim it on my taxes. So I called the creditors and they told me that I could not make payments on it anymore because it now has become a cancellation of debt '' and they are all non collective accounts. The loan company response was if its on my credit report they have to go off that. The Credit card companies are refusing my payments and because of this I am unable to get this loan. How can I resolve this please?
