I have been going back and forth for a few years with this collection agency who has been unable to validate the cause for said charges being collected on behalf of -. I have disputed the collection with the credit bureaus more than - with them being deleted due to no verification. I have made it very clear that the charges are not a valid amount and based on the current FTC cramming case, there is obvious proof that the collection balance is invalid. I have been validated as a customer involved in excessive cramming charged being added to my bill on multiple - accounts. At this point, I would like COI to figure this - out with their client.
