Credit card Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt resulted from identity theft Florida

Capital One has continued to sell an account to collection agencies after it was determined that the account was open due to identity theft. Capital One and the collection agency are appearing on my credit report for the same account. The account was deleted from my credit report and has now resurfaced.
