I had my account locked for no reason by NetSpend. I sent in all the accepted documents that also had to be within 30 days. My bank statement was dated -/-/2015. And I then got an email 5 hours later of faxing the information stating it was not within 30 days. I have $5400.00 in that account and proved who I was multiple times.
