Repeated calls from men with heavy hard to understand accents ( communication tactic ) saying we are from ACT calling for ( ) '' When asked who they are 'ACT about the school '' leading - to believe it is ACT collegiate testing calling. No disclosure of debt collection, just asks for a payment.
