JPMorgan Chase Student Loan Complaint

Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer

JPMorgan Chase Student loan department,

Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Massachusetts

I have - variable interest rate loans through Chase and since - the interest rates on - of the - loans have risen a small amount - .04 %. I noticed this recently while logging on to make a payment but I was never notified of the interest rate increases. I understand that my interest rate can change, I just expected to be notified. I called the bank and they confirmed that I was never notified and apologized. I asked them to make sure I was notified about any other future increases. While I hope they comply, I wanted to make sure this did n't happen to anyone else. Are banks required to notify you when your interest rate on a variable rate loan increases?
