- - - - - - - - filed a lawsuit against me for a debt that was open by someone in -/-/- when i was only 15 years old. Also I have a Bankruptcy that the Plaintiff has admit. they were aware of that was filed in -/-/- and discharge in -/-/- they never notify by mail or phone call also\they got a default judgment against me in stated garnishing my bank account.
