I have been contacted by multiple - party collection agencies stating I have outstanding - 's which were bought by their company.They refuse to give me any information or validTation of debt.The collector stated I was sent a letter and that is my validation. He demanded I pay him @ that moment.The original creditor was - - - from -/-/12. The collection agency is -Critical Resolution Mediation. I stated I would check with bankand get back to him.The company called me 3 hrs later he wasgiving me until - that night and he was going to call my bank and drain my checking and savings. He kept reminding mewe were on a recorded line. I advised him to move ahead. The collector preceeded to tell me I should not be taking out loans, Iam not going to pay back.
