Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Tennessee

My bankruptcy ended on -/-/2015 and I received verification from my lawyer that those that I had - loans with have been notified. Out of - lenders, Wells Fargo was the only - that I had not received bills from since then. I received a letter today ( -/-/2015 ) stating that my loan has been defaulted and I need to pay the full amount. I was also given the option to try and work out a payment schedule but my only option to do that is by phone. Unfortunately I ca n't afford to make that call or to have a phone. I hope through here I can facilitate some type of electronic communication to get this resolved. I also prefer electronic communication so I have the documentation for my records in case I need to go to court regarding this issue as I will need to represent myself and need the documentation on my end of my efforts.
