GE Capital Retail Credit Card Complaint

GE Capital Retail Credit card department,

The complaint i am filing is against - - -. They finance my Walmart card ( s ) and - 's card ( s ) .Recently i was informed by - that my - - cards were closed and that the Walmart credit limit on - of my cards was reduced. The reason given for these changes was that they recently re-reviewed my credit report and the report showed delinquencies as well as late payments. I have none of these and I am not understanding where they have come up with this information. i am also wondering why and how they could pull a - credit report without my permission. I am very disturbed by this since the changes have negatively effected my credit history.
