GE Capital Retail Credit card department,

I noticed on my credit report a charged off $930.00 balance with Synchrony Bank for an - card account. I called the available customer service number, gave them my Social Security number, then was told by an automated voice we are not taking calls at this time. '' I have tried numerous times to contact the company to no avail. I do not know how I am supposed to rectify my past due debt.
