Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine California

I applied to - University in - -, CA. However, I never attended any - at the -. I spoke with someone from the - and informed them I would not be going there after all. They said I would be dropped from classes that they signed me up for. Now they have sent me to collections for $5000.00 in tuition costs for an education that I never received. I never attended any classes at all.
