I paid $500.00 cash ( see attached receipt ) at a - to add $500.00 to my prepaid American Express Serve card. The money was not uploaded. I have since contacted - card services to verify the money was surrendered to -. I also filed a dispute with American Express Serve in which they pretended to investigate the matter ( without asking for the store or a copy of my receipt or any relevant information ). They then replied that they did not find the transaction.
