I told them I do n't know that company and it seems like if I owe money to some creditor I would be getting bills for it and I never have. She wanted my bank info which I refused to give. She said I would be sued if I did n't pay. I asked for their address and told her to send me documents to prove I owe it. And if I see that I did I would send a money order. Eaton Group Attorneys LLC Debt collection false statements or representation indicated committed crime not paying September 18, 2015 - - - contacted my husband via phone in regards to a credit card balance we owed stating they could reduce the amount owed by 60 % and we would only be paying 40 % of the balance. They made the offer sound so good he could not refuse and he accepted. He was told at the end of 24 months he would be debt free. They started drafting the payments from my checking account and my husband gave them permission to speak with me in regards to any questions I had.
