Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine October 7, 2015 - I rented apartment -. when we checked in carpet had burn marks. they promised to change later but never did. this is noted in check in and checkout sheet. After giving key I requested manager to check if everything is ok. he said everything is ok and I will not be charged any thing.
