He said to call him back and that it was a debt collection call. As I do n't have any debt in collections, I - the firm name to see if this was a phone scam. The search showed a CFPB enforcement action against this law firm 's partners for deceptive collection practices. I pulled my credit report after the call to make sure there was nothing showing. I have a clean report and am current on all debt. I am unsure what to do as I do not want to return this call as I have no debt in arrears.... |
