SCA Collections, Inc. Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received October 12, 2015 - SCA Collections placed a collection back on my report on or around - of this year.They originally placed it on my report on - 2013. I requested validation in 2013 and they never provided it to the CRAs so it was removed. They have since reinsurted it back on my report. I requested validation through the cra again and all the did was verify it but still wont show me proof the debt is mine and that they have the right to collect on it under my rights according to the fcra.
