The bill was - $ however the bill from the dental office was only - $ which I received a statement 1 week before the collection agency emailed me. I felt this company is illegally billing which they did last yes when I paid - $ for a - $ debt from the sane dental office. And would n't except a settlement amount from me when I asked for one. I have never received any letter which gives me - days to dispute the validity of their claim. They never forwarded it to me. I then started getting calls from a collection agancy calle Voss & Klein. The calls were relentless. I asked The collection agency - to provide a copy of a signed contract and signature of with dates of approval of service by myself. The lady said if I don't pay she will continue to call me until I pay or wreck my credit. They have filed a collection on my credit report. She also state she did not have to provide me anything as I owe the debt.... |
