The terms were presented with very misleading and deceptive language. I was told the loans had no pre-payment penalty and I only had to pay 36 equal payments. I was also told that there was no pre-payment fee. Online statements were frequently unavailable " No accounts found '' and paper statements never get mailed. Bank states they 've got everything set correctly, but I still never get anything.
