I made - payments @ $260.00 = $4900.00. My ex husband took over the car & payments as his name was on it and he could afford it. However, he made no payments. Sometime in -, I started receiving harrassing calls from CIG, which threatened me with criminal action and incarceration for theft, although I was not in possession of the vehicle. I have contacted - multiple times and provided banking information showing how I was never 30 days late. The documentation that they showed me even shows that I was not late. They refuse to respond. I have disputed that information with all - bureaus. - is just taking their word and can not show evidence of me being late.... |

People are calling/texting me angry and upset because they are saying a collection agency is calling looking for me and they do not want anybody calling their phones to speak to me.
