I was under the impression that the car that was repossessed from me paid the debt back through the auction of the vehicle. Wheels Financial Group, LLC Consumer Loan managing the loan or lease May 7, 2016 - Many years ago I had a loan that I obtained with -800 Loanmart. When I obtained the loan, I borrowed $6400.00. Throughout the years, I paid -800 Loanmart much more than I had borrowed. In fact, according to their records, it was over $21000.00. But that is n't really my issue. My issue is that not only did I pay -800 Loan mart all of their money plus some, but when my vehicle was stolen and found abandoned in a field, -800 loanmart decided to impound my vehicle, auction it, and keep all my money! For a long time I argued with them about it but in the end I grew weary and tired... |

A Letter was sent to verify the accuracy of this debt but has not been responded to. I am requesting a full accounting of all payments made, copies of checks forward and back. The documents requested and answers to questions are needed to ensure the following. ~ That our loan has properly been credited, debited, adjusted amortized and charged correctly, that interest and principle have been properly calculated and applied to my loan, that my principle balance has been properly calculated and accounted for and ... |
