July 9, 2016 - A fraudulent credit account was opened in my name subsequent to the - computer hack. I closed the account as soon as I found out, first with a phone call, then with a follow-up letter per the instructions given in the phone call. Months later, I received a collection letter. I replied to this letter, including the documented account closure and envelopes of mail pertaining to the fraudulent account which my alert postal carrier had re-routed to my address.
