January 30, 2017 - I was charged $440.00 on -/-/- for a balance transfer check. There were NO terms and conditions attached with the convenience checks that I received so the fee of 3 percent was not disclosed to me in advance. Also, the credit card in question was opened by Wells Fargo, not by me. Thus, I am not obligated to pay the balance transfer fee, and Wells Fargo basically refused to reverse it after discussing it with me over the phone today dated -/-/-....
June 2, 2016 - About 6 month ago I applied for a secured Credit Card with Wells Fargo since I bank there for the last 4 years. I was approved and deposited $300.00 into the card. Since I have a - my mother is helping me with my monthly payments. On -/-/2016 I made a transfer in the amount of $45.00 from my checking account into the the secured credit card and got charged a $35.00 Overdraft Transfer fee. On -/-/2016 my mother made a $43.00 deposit into my checking account through the ATM, which was posted to my account on -. That means the bank was working with my money for 4 days before...
