Regions Financial Corporation Mortgage loan modification,collection,foreclosure September 25, 2016 - An Alleged lender is stating that they have an interest in my property. I have requested proof of their claim of a loan, for this not the lender I contracted with. However, this lender admitted they did not have the blue wet ink original documents as required by law. Addition to this the lender has now taking action to sell my land in an auction scheduled -/-/-. Without an Court order.... |
