In -/-/- I was going to file Chapter - bankruptcy, which included - - - card, but I decided not to continue with the bankruptcy. Due to that, - stopped sending me statements. Then in -/-/- I received a letter stating that a debt collector had put a lien on my house due to the debt owed to - bank.
