At this time I requstested that I final bill be sent to me via U.S. Mail instead of via email. The representative advised me that I would recieve a bill after the end of the current billing cycle which ended on -/-/15. On -/-/15 I recieved a notice from a collection agency. The notice states that " this is an attempt to collect a debt by a debt collector and any information obtained will be used for that purpose. SIMPLE, these petty - thieves breached california laws of good faith and fair dealing.
