Wells Fargo & Company Credit card other fee October 28, 2016 - I was given a credit card to finance my carpet purchase from - -, the card was from Wells Fargo. I was told it was zero interest. I reached out to Wells Fargo when a year later I got a credit charge for interest on the account for $2700.00. I filed a complaint that they ignored and said too bad for you. I was never provided documentation stating the credit charge would occur. Additionally, Wells is now charging me interest at a rate of 28.24 % on the interest charge. I have paid the the bulk of the original principal purchase off and now Wells is telling me I owe them another $3000.00... |

Complained about being charged a late fee, when had made all payments on time. Lady said she would pull up my account, then came back, said she could fixe the problem & as long as made on time, there would be no more additional charges. Said she would remove the additional charges, said that it would show up on my next statement. None of those things happened!!
