Pinnacle Recovery, Inc. Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info contacted me after i asked not to June 9, 2015 - PInnacle contacted in me in - 2014 in regards to maintence fees with - -. I have been in dispute with - since - 2014. I sent Pinnacle a cease and desist notification to alert them they are pursuing a disputed account. I received another notice by Pinnacle in - and responded in -. I have always responded within the 30 day timeframe that was specified. Now we are in - and I have yet another notice of collection for the same disputed account! - is ignoring my dispute and PInnacle is ignoring my cease of communications! ... |
