ATG Credit, LLC Credit reporting credit reporting company's investigation problem with statement of dispute December 6, 2015 - I had a hospital visit where I saw several specialists. All medical providers billed me properly to the correct address. The - company who did not, - -, sent communication to the wrong addresses and never reached out to me otherwise ; the company has documentation of using the incorrect address, none of which are addresses my insurance provider, the hospital, nor myself have ever used. - - seems to have several addresses mixed up into - which created the communication error.
