September 24, 2016 - I signed up for a " free trial '' transunion credit monitoring service and I was charged $19.00! Upon contacting them, I spoke to - who said I could NOT get a refund. She gave me a confirmation number relating to our conversation -. She canceled my membership but refused to issue a refund....
