Rabobank Mortgage settlement process and costs May 15, 2015 - hi I have a mortgage on a dairy farm The dairy portion has been shut down and the buildings that were used to have the dairy have been decommissioned I have lost their permits have lost their status to be a dairy ever again and yet my Bank is requiring excessive insurance on buildings that have no purpose other than just being a shed I have asked them numerous times to send me original copies of the loan documents showing the insurance requirements and they are not willing to produce those I guess an example of this would be if you see an old gas station structure on a lot there are no pumps a... |
