April 7, 2016 - Re : my loan and mortgage payoff. It has been over 5 months (! ) since my loan was paid in full. Yet I have not had one word from UAMC re my payment. More importantly a RELEASE REQUEST from UAMC ( releasing the mortgage lien from the title ) has not been sent either to me or to the title company. This delay in sending the release request within a reasonable time of final payoff is ridiculous to say the least. January 17, 2016 - During the purchase of our home, we completed and finalized a mortgage loan with UAMC. After it was finalized, UAMC realized they made an error and could not sell the loan to a - party. They then asked us to please do them a favor and refinance the loan. UAMC would cover all expenses so we would have no out of pocket fees and then they would be able to sell the loan.
