Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC Mortgage settlement process and costs June 29, 2015 - I 'm a - who performed work as per agreed contract proposal, however the property was foreclosed, and sold in the middle of construction, the insurance company paid the mortgage company in full for the Accident Repair work to be performed, the mortgage company sent a Conditional Waiver and Release of Lien '' for me to sign and send back. I was also instructed to await the agreed final payment and to cease all work, I did as directed. Offer on my house made -/-/- for over asking price and to this day, still have n't closed. - asked for same info every - days ; claimed the - inspection was n't done but in fact the inspector said he was asked to say he lost '' information, etc. I believe they are trying to force a foreclosure.
