Real Time Resolutions Mortgage settlement process and costs May 21, 2015 - we foreclosed a home with - - - in - we were offered a rem judgement of foreclosure '' and a deed in lieu '' to settle and our lawyer accepted the deal. we were told by BAC the accounts ( - & - mortgages ) were closed and wrote off. we have been contacted by a company called Real Time Resolutions and they have claimed we now owe them a balance for the mortgage amounts that BAC have told us were settled and closed.
