Credit reporting incorrect information on credit report account terms April 4, 2017 - On -/-/2016 I contacted Convergent Outsourcing Inc. to settle a debt that was not listed on my credit report at all. I spoke to a rep and she explained to me that the settlement is for $270.00, which by paying this amount the debt would be considered paid in full and it would be cleared up. I paid it and within the same day I received an alert that they changed my account twice ( they duplicated the payment and my credit card company reverse one of the transactions ). Credit reporting incorrect information on credit report reinserted previously deleted info June 21, 2015 - I had an account with - several years back that had been closed and now I get a open report back on my credit that states that 's on have an open account with them again that 's in collections this item was previously deleted off of my report I need help with this matter I 'm trying so hard to rebuild my credit to purchase a house this just made my score drop drasticly. I 'm trying to stay on the right path and do the right thing then this happens why are they reporting something that was charged off and closed once already. Credit reporting incorrect information on credit report reinserted previously deleted info June 1, 2015 - I disputed a collection on my credit report for Convergence Outsourcing and received dispute results after completing the processing of my dispute results were removed/deleted. The date - complete dispute was - 2015. On - -, 2015 the collection agency, Convergence Outsourcing, re-reported on my credit report and they have already been removed. I do not have an account with this company nor have I received written communication from Convergence Outsourcing. Please assist in the removal of Convergence Outsourcing permanently. Thanks ... |
