While I was talking to loandepot to find out how much lower my rate could be, they put me on hold and did a had credit inquiry without my permission. LoanDepot Consumer Loan shopping for a loan or lease December 22, 2015 - Approached by Loan Depot for personal loan ; after reviewing the terms of the loan, I the consumer declined/rejected the loan. I received an Adverse Action Notice from the loan company making it sound like they denied me credit. Mentally this is shocking, since I refused to take out a loan with them, it sounds like an attempt to ruin my credit score. This can not be right. Please advise ... |
