My parents and I went to court and settled the matter and make regular payments to a collection lawyer for -. I feel that I will never be out from under this situation. I ca n't find anyone to refinance, consolidate this and my - loan. My credit is horrible because they do n't report payments being made just late and collection. I am willing to repay my debt, but I feel like I 'm being taken advantage of. All I want to do is pay and get a lower rate. ... |
