April 26, 2016 - FEDLOAN servicing is refusing to respond after 3 months of waiting ... and continues to report and refuses to do anything but " SERVICE ME " when asked to simply provide validation they have responded with silence for 3 months but will not remove the item from report. April 13, 2016 - I took out - small student loans from National Collegiate Trust/ American Education Services - I have paid these student loans off. I have letters at my home from NCT that CONFIRM that I have paid these student loans off. I paid them off around 5 years ago. For a few years afterwords, I would receive collection calls from NCT and then from private collection agencies, trying to collect the student loan debt, that I paid off. February 29, 2016 - There is National Collegiate Trust and American Education Services both reporting on my credit claiming to be the same loan with different amounts charged off. I contacted both companies to get more information and failed to send me a promissory note.
