BMO Harris Student loan dealing with my lender or servicer received bad information about my loan August 9, 2016 - BMO Harris Bank paid part of my tuition while I was working for them. The contract stated that if I leave the company within three years of tuition assistance, I may be responsible for a portion of the balance. I stayed for almost three years and they charged me the entire balance. When I attempted to negotiate, they sent the debt to a collection agency. Now it 's reporting on my credit as an uncollected debt.... |
