September 25, 2015 - I needed to borrow money via private loans to pay for college. I feel that the banks should have a fiduciary duty to explain what the repayment terms will be and also to better evaluate whether or not the student will be able to repay the loans. I am now in a position where I am really struggling to repay my student loans to Citizens Bank. I work - jobs ( over 80 hours per week ) in order to keep up with my monthly payments and I still struggle.
