January 20, 2016 - I never received my initial collection letter ( or any letter ever ) regarding this debt. therefore, I never was informed about my 30 day grace period to dispute the debt, to prevent this from incorrectly affecting my credit. For this to be on my credit, is a violation of the FCRA. That is my first issue.
