Platinum Holdings Group, LLC Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received May 13, 2016 - Called claiming that I owed $2000.00. I asked for verification of debt, he said he did n't have to provide that. I asked for his name, he said 'I told you my name at the beginning of the call '. I asked for the company he worked for, he said 'Worldwide Asset Recovery '. I asked for the account number for the account he was referring to he said, 'you do n't know what bills you owe? '. He continually interrupted and would not answer the questions required by law. He said he was not required to provide any of the information I requested.... |
